I met Elaine when our daughters skated together back in their school days, and we have always booked our holidays abroad with her.
She provides a very friendly and personal service, is super-efficient, and goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need. We trust her completely.
Neither my daughter Laura nor I had been to Rome so we thought it would be nice to go for her birthday.
Elaine booked the Doubletree by Hilton Rome Monti, located centrally and conveniently close to everything we wanted to do. She had also kindly arranged for some nice touches in our room for Laura’s birthday.
The hotel was lovely, with a nice rooftop bar, excellent service and a good breakfast. It provided a great base for a hugely enjoyable few days, filled with fun and great experiences.
We visited the Vatican with its amazing Sistine Chapel, the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, took a walking food-tasting tour and a pasta-making class.
