She helped us plan a trip that didn’t seem possible at first, but she worked hard to make it happen. We gave her our wish list and she put together the perfect itinerary, checking in with us every step of the way.

I’d originally tried to plan it myself, but the research quickly became overwhelming – having Elaine shortlist the options and offer tailored recommendations was such a relief.

We were also travelling with two young children, and she made sure everything was taken care of – from cots to car seats.

The hotels and transport she booked were excellent and the whole holiday went seamlessly. We were really impressed by her service and how promptly she replied to my many queries.
