We were looking to book a couple of special occasion holidays to Jersey and Santorini following the pandemic, and a friend introduced us to Elaine.
The initial process was so easy as we just gave the location and dates, and Elaine came up with excellent options for us to choose from.
We subsequently asked for additional things such as upgrades, private transfers and pre-booked flight seats, which Elaine also arranged.
The trips went seamlessly, and we have since booked a city break and a holiday to Spain, and once again found the whole process so simple, enabling us to just sit back and wait for the tickets to come through the door.
