We were undecided about where to go for our holiday, and Elaine’s incredible knowledge helped us so much.

From the very beginning, she went above and beyond - hand-delivering our tickets, arranging fast-track access, and even visiting the airport herself to check on things so she could offer the best advice for a smooth journey. She also provided a list of places we might like to visit once we arrived - now that’s what we call a personal touch!

Our holiday to Crete was just perfect. The Atlantica Amalthia Beach Hotel was spot on, and everything was exactly as we imagined - if not better.

We’ll always book with Elaine in the future - highly recommend this lady!
